Role Summary
This is an excellent chance to make a difference in the lives of adults and their carers by joining our Older People Mental Health Team. As a Senior Social Work Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Manager, supervising team members, and managing a caseload of complex cases. You will work closely with the team to achieve positive outcomes and maximize emotional wellbeing through a strength-based model of social work.

Essential Requirements
A valid driving license, Enhanced DBS check, and proficiency in using a computer are required for this role. Familiarity with Hybrid Working policies and strength-based models of social work would be advantageous. With an estimated annual salary of £45,000, this is a rewarding opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of Bridgend County Borough Council.
