About the Role:
This leadership position requires a skilled mental health professional to manage and support a team of practitioners across the Bridgend locality. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services within available resources, focusing on key areas such as provision of support, advice, and training to GPs and primary care providers.

Main Duties:
The role involves managing and carrying an assessment and intervention-based caseload, taking a lead on management of complex cases, and responding to demand and capacity data to ensure efficient use of resources. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting to and working with the senior nurse and admin team leader when problems arise.

Salary and Benefits: £56,968 - £83,266 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in mental health, with evidence of continuing professional development. They should possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks.
