Job Title: Social Care Practitioner

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a skilled and experienced Social Care Practitioner to join our team. This role involves working within the MASH (Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub) and requires a professional who is committed to supporting families and safeguarding vulnerable children.

As a Social Care Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment where staff are valued and encouraged to further their careers. You will be part of a team that provides a continuum of services ranging from early help to intensive provision for families with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with partner agencies to provide a continuum of services for families and carers.
- Collaborate with teams who offer expertise in relation to Children with Disabilities and Young People aged 16+ who are entitled to leaving care services.
- Contribute to the development of targeted family support services that are co-located with safeguarding hubs.

Requirements:
- A valid driving licence is required for this post.
- An Enhanced with Children's Barred List criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is also required.

Salary: £35,551 - £41,222 per annum (dependent on experience)
