About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Care Experienced Children’s team, working closely with children and families across Bridgend County Borough. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and support vulnerable children, promoting positive outcomes and reducing the risk of harm.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to address specific needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
">- Degree in social work or related field
- Significant post-qualifying experience as a social worker
- Enhanced DBS clearance and valid driving license
Salary and Benefits:
