Ricardo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the chemical sector, with a focus on sustainability and risk management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target large chemical companies, with a focus on penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within these companies, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Utilize a consultative approach to identify and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers, leveraging our expertise in chemical compliance, safety, and sustainability.
- Work closely with our product and marketing teams to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, and to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the chemical sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Fluency in a major language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
