MIW Group Ltd - Make it Work is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients in the Oxfordshire area, providing proactive and strategic account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing revenue from existing clients and expanding their portfolios.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze client data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client information within our CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in account management, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and growing company.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to client sites as required.
