Join Our Team as a Human Resources Information System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Information System Specialist to join our Luxottica Retail HR team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing system support and expertise for our KRONOS and SAP HR systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support and troubleshooting for KRONOS and SAP HR systems
  • Develop and implement system improvements and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with developers in Italy to ensure compliance with data regulations
  • Deliver and support training needs across the business

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a system specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project and people management
  • Ability to analyze and improve systems and current processes
  • Strong strategic and agile thinking skills
  • MS Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and data management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
