Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer support requests, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Handle inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with technical support requests, providing guidance or escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in technical support or system administration, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
