We are seeking a skilled Business Development Centre Representative to join our team at Burrows Motor Company in Barnsley. As a key member of our Business Centre team, you will be responsible for identifying target sectors and geographical areas to focus outbound activity, engaging in regular conquesting, and implementing campaigns to promote Toyota fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target sectors and geographical areas for outbound activity
  • Engage in regular conquesting to grow the opportunity pipeline
  • Implement campaigns and marketing activities to promote Toyota fleet vehicles
  • Present the benefits of Toyota fleet vehicles to customers in a consultative manner
  • Maximize local opportunities for KINTO ONE Toyota's mobility company
  • Support KINTO leasing for business enquiries across our centres
  • Utilize Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform customer conversations
  • Update prospect and activity details in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the Business Centre Manager and Sales Support Coordinator for accurate forecasting and reporting

Requirements:

  • Good quality customer service experience, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license valid in the UK with no disqualifications
