Business Development Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Centre Representative to join our team at Burrows Motor Company in Barnsley. As a key member of our Business Centre team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target key sectors and geographical areas for outbound activity
  • Engage in regular conquesting and implement targeted marketing campaigns to secure new business opportunities
  • Present the benefits of Toyota fleet vehicles to customers, including funding models and consultative sales approaches
  • Maximize local opportunities for KINTO ONE Toyota's mobility company, focusing on business customers and small to medium fleets
  • Support KINTO leasing and work within FCA guidelines to drive improved sales and customer experience
  • Utilize Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform customer conversations and update prospect and activity details in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Business Centre Manager and Sales Support Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably within a dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license valid in the UK with no disqualifications
