Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure product is shipped to customers on time, meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Raise invoices in our Warehouse Management System (HYVE) and manage inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Operate and manage various systems, including our CRM and inventory management software.
  • Assist with global logistics requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to return faulty products from customers and suppliers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Proactively review internal stock lists to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize inventory levels.
  • Prepare weekly reports for key business stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and determined, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve.
  • Technology and mobile background preferred but not essential, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
