Job Title: Recovery Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe mental illness and helping them achieve their recovery goals.

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The Recovery Support Coordinator will be responsible for working with individuals to develop personalized recovery plans, coordinating support services, and promoting recovery-focused practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with individuals to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
  • Coordinate support services, including appointments and outings
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to recovery plans as needed

Requirements

  • Experience working in mental health or social care settings, preferably in a support worker role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recovery-focused practices and principles
