We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Advisor to join our team at Hilton Community Services Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in support work.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of our customer service standards, deputising for Service Managers and mentoring Team Leaders and Support Workers.
You will be expected to promote and communicate with all our Tenants and their families in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in support work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the support sector and knowledge of current best practices.
