Strategic Growth Director

Perfect Circle, a joint venture enterprise, is seeking a skilled Partnership Manager to join its Growth & Development Team.
This role will involve operating across North – Scotland, Ireland, and Northern England, working closely with partners and the supply chain to maximize potential opportunities aligned with the growth strategy.
The successful candidate will become part of the Growth & Development Team, responsible for delivering framework revenue targets, sector diversity, and innovation objectives. They will work with regional and sector leads to achieve these goals, driving collaboration, engagement, and integration to optimize the output of partners and the supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing strong relationships with partners at regional and sector levels, as well as the supply chain, to promote framework benefits.
- Engaging with partners to deliver and monitor regional and sector-based business plans.
- Working with the in-house marketing lead to produce tailored campaigns and enhance the profile of Perfect Circle within the partners and supply chain.
- Liaising with clients to represent the frameworks and partners, offering clients choice of service provider.
- Ensuring all partners engage and procure suppliers and SMEs in line with framework compliant procedures on the digital platform.
- Driving compliance to achieve targets and sustainability performance in line with Perfect Circle commitments.
- Participating in SCAPE Construction frameworks, collaborating with contractors to share project intel and opportunities.
This role will require frequent travel and face-to-face meetings with clients and regional teams. The successful candidate will be based from home, with occasional work from client offices and team hub sessions.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have experience working within the Built Environment or Infrastructure sector, with knowledge of Utilities being an added benefit. A clear understanding of supply chains is essential, as is the ability to build strong working relationships and facilitate objective achievement.
Required technical competencies include proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Desired behavioral competencies include excellent written and spoken communication skills, a proactive approach, creative thinking, and strong business acumen.
