About the Role

This leadership position is crucial in creating and implementing account plans that align with our brand and disease areas, while fostering strong relationships with payers, clinicians, and key decision makers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify customer/account alignment opportunities and develop tailored strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Lead the delivery of payer and clinician-focused actions within local account plans.
  • Influence key stakeholders by presenting compelling brand value propositions, ensuring optimal formulary and guidelines positions.
  • Develop comprehensive schemes of work to support local implementation of formulary adoption.
  • Shape the local healthcare landscape by designing and procuring services that enhance disease diagnosis and management.
  • Maintain sales targets through effective performance.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • ABPI qualification for evidence-based best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the NHS, Commercial & Regulatory environment to ensure compliance.
  • Analytical skills to drive informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with local environments and patient pathways to tailor approaches.
  • Proven experience in account management and formulary/patient pathways expertise.
  • Strong commercial acumen to navigate complex market dynamics.
  • Business proposal submission experience to articulate strategic visions.
