Documentation Coordinator

Role Overview
Kemp Recruitment is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation to support the recording of bank and cash receipts and payments within our Dealer Management System.
Key Tasks:
- Reconcile and process receipts and payments
- Record and reconcile petty cash expenditure across all sites
- Perform month-end reconciliation
- Handle incoming queries via phone or email
- Review point of sale credit limit overrides
- Register supplier invoices to relevant accounts
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting systems within previous work experience (ideally Autoline)
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and Word
