About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with our engineering team to resolve customer issues and provide updates
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or call center environment
