Business Development Manager

Diageo is a world-class leader in beverage alcohol, producing an outstanding collection of over 200 brands. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering commercial success across the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the commercial agenda and drive performance within the given geographic area
- Secure distribution and pouring agreements across circa 150 outlets for the full Diageo portfolio
- Deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) through contractual agreements and forecasting planned activity/spend with key customers
- Develop customer relationships across the account base
- Own the route to market (RTM) relationships for the city
The ideal candidate will have sales experience within retail, FMCG, or other fast-moving sectors, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with customers and route to markets. You will also have commercial acumen, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Diageo offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
