Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Salary Package: GBP28k-GBP35k basic salary (dependent on experience) + commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Location: Remote

As a Sales Account Manager at Smart10Ltd, you will be responsible for generating new business using a variety of sales techniques, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, and managing accounts for new and current clients to ensure sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  4. Manage client accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay informed about trends in the industry and continuously expand product knowledge.
  6. Analyse competitors, including their products and unique selling points (USPs).
  7. Identify new products or niches within the industry to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  8. Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy for retail display.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  1. A current understanding of the vaping industry is preferred but not required.
  2. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  3. At least 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  4. Strong networking skills to develop business opportunities with potential clients.
  5. Capable of conducting research to identify new markets, products, and customer needs.
  6. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with great attention to detail.
