Join Our Team as a Senior Sustainability Advisor

At Worlds Better, we're committed to accelerating behavior change in the events industry to reduce its negative impact. As a Senior Sustainability Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our core objective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver whole projects from start to finish, ensuring client deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project-related and sustainability risks.
  • Guide clients to achieve sustainability objectives while managing expectations.
  • Perform supply chain engagement, data management, and collection, data entry, and data analysis to calculate carbon and waste impact for businesses and events.
  • Develop carbon emissions reports using data from carbon calculations for company emissions and event projects.
  • Possess experience with sustainability certifications, such as ISO 14001.
  • Develop and deliver sustainability-related training content.
  • Translate client requirements into resource planning and hire the necessary skills and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • International travel and flexibility to work with the team.
