About BHESCo
Brighton & Hove Energy Services Co-operative Ltd (BHESCo) is an innovative and growing social enterprise committed to creating a positive impact on society and the environment. Our primary mission is to promote the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions in buildings by designing, financing, and executing low-carbon energy systems for our clients.

At BHESCo, we provide expert advice to clients aiming to minimize their carbon footprint and reduce energy costs through energy-efficient structures and sustainable, community-driven energy solutions. Over the past years, we have successfully completed numerous projects that collectively aim to reduce CO2 emissions significantly, resulting in substantial financial savings for our clients. Our diverse clientele includes individuals, property owners, businesses, educational institutions, and local government bodies.

The Role

As we grow to meet the increasing demand for our services, we are looking to expand our talented and dynamic team. The Sustainable Energy Solutions Consultant role will be crucial within our organization, assisting our lead Engineer in enhancing our technical consultancy services. Responsibilities will encompass recommending appropriate renewable energy systems to help clients achieve their sustainability goals and overseeing their implementation. A comprehensive understanding of how a building's energy efficiency influences its potential for renewable technologies is essential, and the Sustainable Energy Solutions Consultant will need to consider this when developing a holistic energy strategy.
