Exciting Opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer

This is an excellent chance to join a well-established building services consultancy on the South Coast, who provide a holistic approach to the built environment. We are seeking an NDEA qualified Sustainability Engineer who can hit the ground running with a range of non-domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to undertake EPC surveys and produce EPCs for existing buildings
  • Undertake Part L analysis for design stages of projects
  • Produce sustainability statements and Low or Zero Carbon feasibility reports for design stages of non-domestic projects
  • Utilize IES-VE software to carry out overheating assessments and daylight studies
  • Collaborate with the building services team on projects and mentor junior members of staff
Requirements:
  • A level 3 or 4 NDEA qualification
  • Proficiency with IES-VE software for Dynamic Simulation Modelling
  • Relevant experience in a sustainability or energy role within the built environment industry
  • Experience delivering BREEAM or LCA's would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
