We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a Hybrid capacity (3 days in our London office and 2 days at home) as a Marketing Coordinator supporting multiple team managers while working under the guidance of the Marketing Director for a successful execution of the group's event, media and subscription strategies across the Operational Real Estate Investment portfolio.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting audience and digital marketing managers in the execution of campaigns and activities they own across the portfolio of events and audience engagement. This includes updating websites with the latest content and copy, setting up and executing segmented emails, social media and advocacy marketing and referral, and working with internal design teams to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Support audience and digital marketing managers in the execution of campaigns and activities they own across the portfolio of events and audience engagement.
  • Update websites with the latest content and copy, ensuring the websites are optimised for UX and conversion.
  • Set up, test and execute on segmented emails, social media and advocacy marketing and referral.
  • Work with internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
  • Work with COE performance marketing team to achieve best practice.
  • Aid sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts across website, event app, email, social media and press engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and with marketing automation software or email service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
