Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Graduate Demand Planner to join our team at Graduate Planet. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure the efficient and effective management of our chilled supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of demand for our chilled products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align safety stocks and product management with acceptable forecast deviation
  • Identify and resolve service and waste level issues through data analysis and action planning
  • Provide routine and ad-hoc data analysis to support sales and marketing teams
  • Liaise with warehouses and customer supply chains to ensure seamless delivery of products
  • Support and manage seasonal uplifts, such as Easter and Christmas promotions

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and propose ways to improve processes and workflows
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
