**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a Graduate Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the chilled supply chain, from building and maintaining relationships with customers and factories to demand forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to address service and waste level challenges
  • Perform data analysis to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Work closely with European factories to help them understand the UK market and provide them with the insights they need
  • Coordinate with warehouses and customer supply chains to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a technical degree or hands-on experience in retail or logistics
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with supply chain contacts to gather and analyze customer data
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in forecasting and data analysis
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and strong project management skills
