The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Chilled Demand Planner to oversee all aspects of the chilled supply chain, from building and maintaining relationships with customers and factories to demand forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to address service and waste level challenges in the supply chain.
  • Perform data analysis to support sales and marketing efforts and provide market insights to European factories.
  • Work closely with warehouses and customer supply chains to ensure smooth operations and coordinate with them to meet service level and waste reduction targets.
  • Support other factories in managing their stock in the UK by providing necessary information and challenging them to meet their KPIs.
  • Determine the appropriate quantities of products to be delivered to UK depots from various factories across Europe.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a technical degree or hands-on experience in retail or logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in forecasting and data analysis.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and build strong relationships with supply chain contacts.
