About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a client with spinal cord injury in their own home and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the client with personal care, moving and handling, domestic duties, and driving their vehicle.
  • Drive the client to the gym and other community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to ensure the client's needs are met.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Kind and caring nature.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Good communication skills.
