Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality meat products to foodservice establishments, with a focus on expanding our customer base and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers within the foodservice industry to grow our customer base.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through lead generation, product presentations, and sales contract negotiations.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Collect customer feedback on product quality, packaging, and pricing, and relay this information to our product development team.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing, managing Excel spreadsheets, and utilizing in-house systems to support our Head Office team.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in telesales, preferably within the meat industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the capability to work autonomously.
  • A collaborative approach to work, able to engage with team members and various departments effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer use, particularly Excel spreadsheets and Outlook.
