About the Role:

Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders from receipt to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales orders, including tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to sales orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in order processing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in First Degree Window Designer, Reynapro, and LogiKal, with a working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D.
  • SSSTS/CSCS certification preferred.
