Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local stakeholders, including authorities, agents, landowners, and housing associations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the planning system, including technical aspects related to land acquisition and development.
- Identify and acquire land opportunities within a specified geographical area, utilizing previous experience with local Planning Authorities.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external experts to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations.
