About the Position

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Criminal Justice OT Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, particularly in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. They will be responsible for managing a team of Occupational Therapists, Assistant Therapy Practitioners, and students, as well as developing and implementing occupational therapy interventions for individuals with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and managing Occupational Therapists and Assistant Therapy Practitioners
  • Formulating and implementing plans for Occupational Therapy treatment and management
  • Providing high-quality, comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to innovate and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: £45,996 - £67,600 per annum
