Job Description

**Job Title:** Field Service Manager - Operations Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our team of skilled Lift Engineers in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Operational Planning:** Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure efficient delivery of services to our customers.
  • **Team Management:** Lead and manage a team of skilled Lift Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • **Customer Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, addressing any queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • **Health and Safety:** Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conducting regular risk assessments and method statements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • **Performance Management:** Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • **Credit Control:** Maintain accurate credit control logs and CRM records to ensure timely payment from customers.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
  • **Qualifications:** Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable.
