**About Us:** Wireless CCTV Ltd is a leading provider of rapid deployment, mobile surveillance systems. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers and are seeking a skilled Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for CCTV systems, including fault-finding and diagnostics.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CCTV equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Participate in on-going learning and development, including internal and external training programs.
  • Travel to customer sites from your home base, utilizing a company vehicle.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company, suggesting improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** HNC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • **Experience:** Previous technical experience in a field engineer, field technician, or white goods technician role is desirable.
  • **Skills:** Ability to work independently, manual dexterity, and a background in electronics, preferably in a technology service environment.
  • **Certifications:** EUSR, PASMA, and IPAF certifications are an advantage.
