About the Job

We are seeking a Housing Officer to join our client, an independent organisation providing accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK. This is a remote working role, where you will plan your own day and carry out daily visits in the community.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing direct support and management to Service Users within an allocated location. You will work to assigned own case inspections, maintaining accurate records, keeping systems up-to-date, and adhering to company procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential experience within a Housing Officer support role
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of Service Users/Tenants
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing needs and be able to provide effective support and management to Service Users.

  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 33 days annual leave per annum (25 days plus bank holidays)
