We are looking for a dedicated specialist to join our team and help prevent youth homelessness in Gloucestershire.

Job Description
  • Work closely with young people aged 18-25 to provide intensive support.
  • Develop tailored support plans to address their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of supporting vulnerable young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Safeguarding and risk management expertise.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
