About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Hireful, a charity dedicated to addressing homelessness and social exclusion. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people (16-25 years old) who face homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Re-enforce positive support and establish standards for each new resident.
• Provide a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to empower individuals in improving independent living skills.
• Safeguard residents from potential danger, harm, or abuse.
• Accurately document notes on our computer system and ensure seamless communication with support staff for effective handovers.
