Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the day-to-day visitor experience at the Lost Shore Surf Resort, Edinburgh
* Work as a Duty Manager and collaborate with departments to maintain our reputation as a truly world-class resort
* Ensure that information is delivered accurately, timely, and in an appropriate manner
* Report to the Resort Director and work with the HOD and Team Leader Teams

Visitor Experience:

* Ensure the LSSR Site Team has a thorough knowledge of resort products and experiences
* Encourage listening to and acting on visitor feedback
* Understand visitors' needs and meet targets for repeat visitors
* Communicate professionally across various channels

Working as a Team:

* Work with the Resort Director to recruit and retain top talent
* Ensure adherence to feedback and communication
* Support effective communication across the resort
* Promptly resolve issues and maintain compliance with People Policies and Procedures

Ways of Working:

* Ensure that the LSSR Site Team maintains legal compliance and adheres to multiple licenses and permits
* Represent Brand Values and lead incident management
* Keep accurate records of all major and minor incidents

Requirements:

* Demonstrates high energy levels and determination to achieve excellence while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Exhibits excellent people skills, motivating and inspiring others, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Combines a sense of fun with a deep affinity for the main products and experiences, while being ethically minded and committed to social and environmental responsibilities
* Maintains a calm demeanor under pressure, effectively handling complaints and emergencies
* Consistently displays a strong work ethic, always ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved

* As a Duty Manager, you'll need to be flexible with your schedule, working early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts
