Asset and Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asset and Contract Administrator to join our team at Cardrona Alpine Resort. As an Asset and Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our assets and contracts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration of company assets, including procurement, contract variations, and disputes.
- Assist project teams with budget monitoring and cost forecasting.
- Prepare reports to guide decision-making and support the asset team in aligning with our values and safety standards.
- Strong financial management skills, especially in construction or similar industries.
- Experience with Maximo or similar asset management software (preferred but not essential).
- Full-time permanent role.
- Medical insurance coverage.
