We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Executive to join our team at Study Group. This role involves selling our education services over the phone, by email, and occasionally in person, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales pipeline with high-level detail and responsibility of student enquiry through to student arrival in study centre
- Promote existing marketing strategies and promotions to students and deliver conversion strategies to achieve revenue and targets
- Provide education advisory discussions with students, parents, and school stakeholders on our portfolio of products
- Manage student information and applications through our CRM system SalesForce and manage own emails and telephone calls
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for markets that come under your targets, as well as external departments to ensure smooth sales processes
- Experience of working in a sales-related role within the education industry (essential)
- CRM knowledge, preferably SalesForce
- Enthusiasm, attitude, and desire to be a first-class sales professional
