Saga Travel Group is recruiting for a Holiday Support Advisor to join their team in a hybrid role. As a Holiday Support Advisor, you will play a key part in the customer's journey, ensuring they have the correct level of travel insurance in place for their overseas travel and stay.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, including listening ability, letter writing, and questioning techniques, as well as creating rapport with customers. You will work as part of a front-line customer service team, supporting other departments when required.

The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of Travel Reservation Systems and be able to take ownership of queries, concerns, and complaints to resolve them quickly. They will also be focused on delivering high levels of customer service and have good communication skills.

Saga offers an amazing benefits package, including 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, option to purchase additional leave up to 5 extra days, pension scheme matched up to 10%, colleague discounts, and more.

With a salary of around £34,000-£44,000 per year, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers and providing excellent support.
