Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, plus discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits package, generous holiday allowance, attractive pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance, and colleague discounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. You will interact with customers, answering their queries and providing expert advice on our products and services.
  2. You will work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks against changing customer demand and achieving store objectives.
  3. You will represent our brand in the community, supporting the store to become the top community bank.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail even under pressure.
  • Understanding of risks associated with the role and their implications for both yourself and our customers.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences within a fast-paced environment.
