Customer Experience Lead
Office Angels is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team in the Gas industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-12 individuals, ensuring that bookings are optimized for customer convenience and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 10-12 individuals.
  • Manage the scheduling of service appointments, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Liaise with customers and gas engineers to confirm appointments and gather all necessary information.
  • Coordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure all resources and materials are available for scheduled appointments.

Our Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £40k - £45k per annum, based on experience. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in Ashford, Kent. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Estimated salary: £42,500.
