Holiday Journey Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Holiday Journey Coordinator to join our team at Saga Travel Group. As a Travel Welfare Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating customer journeys from booking to departure, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days of work in our Crawley or Ashford hub, with the remainder spent supporting customers remotely. If you enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • To coordinate customer journeys from booking to departure.
  • To engage with customers via phone, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • To maintain high-quality service standards and escalate any issues to the Team Manager.
  • To collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • To participate in product briefings to stay updated on our holiday offerings.
Package Details
  • A competitive salary range is estimated to be between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Option to purchase additional leave up to 5 extra days.
