About the Role

We are seeking passionate and patient-focused individuals to join our team as NHS 111 Healthcare Advisors in the Ashford area.

As a Healthcare Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients dialing 111, providing emotional support and guidance while typing detailed notes on our system.

A high-quality onboarding and robust training program are offered, with opportunities for progression and development through our national recognized patient service qualification program, Aspire to Excellence.

Location: Office based in Ashford, Kent

Salary: £23,541 per annum (pro rata) with enhancements paid between 20:00 and 06:00 hours and for all hours on weekends and bank holidays
