Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing holistic care to children and their families. Your primary duties will include working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice within our department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care to children and their families, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* RSCN/RN CHILD or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Strong knowledge of child protection issues, transition of care, and current research developments in pediatric nursing.
