About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide holistic care to patients in their own homes, working closely with carers and other healthcare professionals.
  • To conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, identifying patients' needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • To mentor and support carers, promoting best practice and ensuring consistency in care delivery.
Person Specification
  • Registered General Nurse with relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience of clinical assessment and care planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including contributory pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for career development.
