About the Role
">We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Family Support Worker at Aberlour's Mother and Child Recovery House in Falkirk. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering residential recovery support to women and their children, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

- Providing direct support to mothers in recovery, enhancing their skills and capacity for themselves and their children.">
- Working collaboratively with other professional agencies to provide comprehensive care.">
- Maintaining a working knowledge of drug/alcohol use and its effects on women and children.">
The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience of direct work with mothers in recovery.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- A strong understanding of trauma-responsive practice.">
Salary: £28,250 - £32,500 per annum
