We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Barry, Wales. As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to make a positive impact on people's lives while developing their skills and knowledge in social care. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your new role.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. However, it's the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to our clients that makes this role truly rewarding.

Your annual salary will be around £18,000-£20,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for extra earnings through our referral scheme Care Friends.
