Person-Centred Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers at Orbis Education & Care Limited. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with autism.
You will be working in a person-centred environment that values compassion, resilience, and dedication. Our Support Workers play a critical role in delivering hands-on support and care to adults with autism, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with respect and sensitivity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A caring, empathetic nature and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Patience and resilience to adapt to varied needs and challenges.
- A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including days, nights and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence (essential for Support Worker roles in this setting).
Please note that this role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
