Key Responsibilities- Design and develop comprehensive training programs to upskill our Professional Services department.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate skills gaps and devise learning plans to bridge these gaps.
- Create engaging digital content, including eLearning modules, multimedia resources, and LMS materials.
- Deliver instructor-led sessions, both in-person and remotely, to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Develop enablement plans to support new initiatives, including communication plans, slide decks, and other resources.
- Work closely with the Professional Services department to ensure training programs align with their goals and objectives.
- Manage content and participation rates on the LMS to ensure a positive user experience.
- Research external content and training initiatives to stay up-to-date with learning trends.
- Analyze and evaluate output on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong experience in learning program design and development.
- eLearning content creation to a high standard, on complex subjects.
- Excellent knowledge of learning methodologies and application of these.
- Proven ability to create engaging communications that excite, engage, and encourage actions.
- Experience in creating well-designed, creative, and clear resources, such as PowerPoints, videos, and training materials.
